We are committed to the ongoing training and development of our staff who are supported with an ongoing programme of training and supervision.
SHC Homecare, Lune Valley is committed to provide a service which:

- Protects the confidentiality of the personal affairs of our service users.
- Ensures that the service user receives the level of care they require and we give the maximum continuity and consistency in terms of staff and service supplied.
- All staff attending are aware of the assessed needs and requirements of our service users and are trained and supported appropriately.
- These services are provided 24 hours a day, 7 days a week all year round.
All new employees have to attend our induction-training course before they commence work. Training will include some time working with a senior member of staff on site. It is our policy to continually train and supervise all employees during their employment.
