  • These services are provided 24 hours a day, 7 days a week all year round.
SHC Homecare Lune Valley is committed to the provision of high quality, person-centred support services. All prospective employees are required to provide suitable identification and references and must also attend an interview to assess their suitability for this type of work. We have a legal requirement to make an enhanced Criminal Records Bureau check on all staff that join SHC Homecare, Lune Valley. For most employees, we adopt a flexible approach to the number of hours worked per week; staff can work as little or as much as suits them (according to availability of hours).

All new employees have to attend our induction-training course before they commence work. Training will include some time working with a senior member of staff on site. It is our policy to continually train and supervise all employees during their employment.
