Care Options

When we receive your completed Registration Form we will arrange to meet you at home to discuss your requirements. A quotation for the cost of either package will be forwarded following the home assessment, and will depend on the care needs. We do not charge for carrying out a home assessment.

At Spinal Homecare we treat everybody as an individual and as a result we have a number of ways that we will work to meet your requirements. The two most common are:

1) A regular PA working 2-3 weeks on and having 1 week off (this week covered by regular respite care) on an ongoing basis. We would expect the PA work for a minimum of 6 months with the same client.

The costs of the service will be dependent on a number of factors including individual need, travel etc.

2) Respite Support provided for shorter or irregular placements, which can be for a week or so at a time. Allowing you support if your usual assistant is on leave or unavailable, or to give respite to your usual caregiver.

Costs will be in the region of £115-130 per day plus extra for travel and public holidays.

You are able to use our Staff Bank ensuring that we can start working together in the shortest possible time minimising inconvenience to yourself.
